We want you to be happy with your Grease Buddies™ purchase. Please review the following policy before requesting a return or refund.

Returns

We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Because Grease Buddies™ are kitchen cleanup products intended to absorb grease, oils, moisture, and other messes, opened packages and used pads are not eligible for return for change-of-mind reasons.

To request a return, please contact us through the contact information listed on our store before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order information and, when appropriate, photos showing the issue.

If we determine that the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to deny a refund when returned products do not meet the conditions stated in this policy, subject to applicable law.

Pre-Orders

Grease Buddies™ products offered as pre-orders may be purchased before inventory is available for shipment. Estimated production and shipping dates are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, transportation, supply-chain, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
